Introduction
This simple guide will help you earn this achievement while barely exerting effort into the game.
Run Count
The diamond on the bottom right corner of the menu with a number attached to it is your run count. This is my run count prior to this guide.

The Method
For this method, you can use any of the cars that you own. I recommend using one of the faster cars to speed up the process. The second car is the best because it's the cheapest fast car in the game.

(Optionally add red paint)

Once you select your car, you're going to want to select the two-way option

You then want to select any map you like with the difficulty set to hard. Hard spawns in more cars enabling you to end the run faster.

Once you choose your map, you're going to immediately drive onto the oncoming lane. Crash into the first car you see after you have a score.

As long as you made money, that will count as a run. My run count says 154 because I had an extra run to get the screenshots.

Conclusion
Basically, any time you choose a car, mode, map, and difficulty, you will have started a run. The only way that a run counts is if you earn money. It doesn't matter how much you make as long as the amount is more than zero. The two-way mode is the best one for this because you will make money for just driving on the oncoming lane. Just crash the first car you see and the run will count. Hitting restart and doing this over and over will count as runs as long as you made money.
