I apologize for the late response but let me look into it right now and see if i can solve it.

apologies for my poor wording. i tried to port it over from my PC to my Android using the wallpaper engine with the android wallpaper engine app but it said the author has to allow their works to be used for mobile, (or something like that) sorry for the bother.

I do not believe so, although I believe if you have an Android or Samsung wallpaper engine will be available for it soon.
