Better Moodle Colors High Contrast

Description
If you're like me, you have to squint to be able to tell just how hungry you are. That harsh red tone from the slightest status effect adds a sense of urgency that is unwarrented.

Changes the colors of the moodles in the ui to be easier to distinguish. This is the high contrast version.
