Deterioration Rate Configuration

Description
Adjust the deterioration rate for items that are left outdoors, unroofed, etc. Goes from 0% to 1000%, configurable in the mod settings menu through a slider.

Tested only with a few lightweight mods, but shouldn't conflict with anything unless it changes the deterioration rate or does something weird with it.

This is my first harmony patch, so please tell me if you find any bugs.

Also, please give me Ideas for a good thumbnail.

Well, at least I found an alternative for RimWorld 1.4 that does something similar:

Doesn't seem, to work with 1.4. It doesn't show up on the mod settings list.

This just popped into my head for a thumbnail, something simple but hopefully aesthetically-pleasing. Just have it be the words "Deterioration Rate", but the letters are all dirty and cracked, but they get more pristine along the way until it reaches the E.

It just take the deterioration rate and multiplies it by the number you chose in the mod config menu. I don't know if it is incompatible with whatever you're using to repair stuff.

Does making it higher means it deteriorates faster? Im having problem with the mod, everytime i repair an item and everytime i come back in to the game the item deteriorates itself back
