Description
a static version of the TOR M-3 Mobile Missile System for Anti air, Anti tank, and Machine Gun placements. basically the non-mobile version of the TOR M-3.

Armaments:
- 16 x 9M330 Surface-to-Air Missiles

uhh why do i keep crashing?.... does it do something with modded vehicles?... and i gotta say too, it always looks like one of those "pictures taken before disaster" things except it crashes the game after...
