Adds a single leader to the game.
Yi Sun-sin - Nanjung ilgi
Attacks against civilizations with greater Military Strength also damage adjacent enemies (with 70% effectiveness) and generate Culture.
In-depth explanation
First about condition: Ability only works against civilizations with greater Military Strength (it's the value shown in HUD ribbon, the one with sword icon). You probably noticed that UI in civilization 6 is often out of sync with game values (due to not using excessive dirty events and something deeper in code) therefore even during tests I faced situation when ability did not triggered even though HUD ribbon suggested that it should. It is worthy to note that ability never fires against barbarians (their military strength is always 0), but can work against city-states. Therefore this ability can be called a defensive one, you are more likely to use it when you focus on stuff Korea do best and be DoWed by powerful neighbour. Probably useless on lower difficulties. Making defensive abilities is rather bad in first place, but Korea is somehow carried by Seowon alone and I had no other ideas for Yi Sun-sin. Now effects: Attacks also damage adjacent enemies: if you attacked an enemy warrior (with unit or district - this includes city centers) and there was an enemy archer adjacent (in one-tile distance) to it, it will also take damage equal to 70% of value from combat simulation between your unit/district and an archer. Technically with ranged attack you can damage up to 7 targets at once (it could be an achievement :smile:). Culture gained is based on YOUR unit/district 's strength before modifiers: for warrior it will be always 20. Now at base it is 50% of it (most likely rounded down), but it is increased by 10% for every enemy adjacent to target. Which means that warrior attacking a lone opponent will generate 10 Culture. In conclusion, play greedy economic game since Yi Sun-sin gains no advantage from maintaining huge military.

can you defeat 300 ships only use 13 ships? do it.
even Nelson cannot achieved that kind of legendary battle

@choijanggyu It means if the enemy unit is more powerful, you damage other adjacent units as well. 한국인이세요?

And I would appreciate it if you could explain the meaning of the leader's ability accurately.
Does it mean that fighting any civilization increases combat power? I declared war on AI and attacked, but I didn't see a change in my unit's combat power.
