Fargo's Hyper Mode

Description
Hyper Mode:
-Makes all NPC AI faster
-Makes all projectile AI faster (yours and your enemies)
-Time moves faster
-All of those can be configured in game

NEW UPDATE - V 4.0
-Added decimal settings to the config. For instance, now enemies can act 1.5x as fast
-Added a whitelist for npcs and projectiles to not be affected
-Added a seperate toggle for enemy and player projectiles
-Removed Hyper Player

If you only want to speed up enemies, I recomend using Faster Enemy Action over this mod, it has much better config.

Exo Mechs are crazy fast with this mod, especially Artemis & Apollo.
