Then buy the cash grab points and buy the "prototype" Gauss rifle. Now if you don't have money stop reading close out of steam shut off your computer and go outside and sit in front of the sun rethinking your life descisons.

Kill them and grave rob the Gauss rifle. I forgot the location but that's fine... I think there's a quest that tells you where it is. Now if you're to lesser leveled you can buy it from Proctor Teagan. You should get grinding if you already killed him.
