Adds a single leader to the game.
Yongle - Pursuit of glory
Campuses, Commercial Hubs, Holy Sites and Theater Squares if adjacent to all three other mentioned districts grant remaining yields (from Culture, Faith, Gold and Science) equal to their adjacency bonus.
Game version
Mod was created for and tested on the newest available version with all DLC content, see upload/update date respectively.

Most likely you need a certain DLC to play that one.

There seems to be a problem with the way the leader ability is written, it doesn't go into the game straight away, but after I changed the leader ability it goes in instead.
