[1.4 Alpha] No Sundial Cooldown

Description
Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
This mod does what the mod name says. You no longer have to wait to use the Enchanted Sundial [i/s1:3064]
Be sure not to be an idiot and use it more than once while it does its job. Then you will be in an infinite loop of sundial. We don't want that now do we?

If people are still interested in this mod you can look at my workshop I just published a mod for the newest version which also includes the moondial since this mod seems to be abandoned/discontinued

So I tried it out and attempting to click the sundial more while time is currently sped up appears to have no effect at all. It doesn't make the sound effect and it doesn't extend the speed-up duration (it still stops at the following morning).
