Roofing Tools (1.3)

Description
This simple mod adds a new dev tool that allows you to set the type of roof for a designated area. I made this specifically to add or remove thick mountain roofs. This new dev tool is under spawning within the dev action menu. This should support roofs added by mods, although no promises of this or that said modded roof will work as expected.

1.4 came with it's own "Edit roof (rect)" option under general. It look supports all roof types. So my tool is not unnecessary for 1.4.

It still works with 1.3, but this will not be updated for 1.4.

I can confirm that the new vanilla tool supports modded roofs.

It looks like 1.4 came with it's own "Edit roof (rect)" option under general. It looks like it supports all vanilla roof types. Assuming it also supports modded roofs, my tool is not unnecessary.
