Adds a single leader to the game.
Bortei - Mingghan
At the turn start units of the same type equalize their HP and after that all units heal 2 HP.
Game version
Mod was created for and tested on the newest available version with all DLC content, see upload/update date respectively.

Fun and very powerful. Especially great for pillaging and keeping siege units alive on the front lines. Go on, keep shooting my trebuchet, it will just heal again next turn!

Bortei is a hoot to play!
She is on the stronger side though; Keeping a few units within your borders on fortify means that you can heal a forward force who's halfway across the planet.
But I like keeping my guys and gals in the army healthy :D
