yet another case of a chart I was planning for a while and never got around to and just decided to port instead hahahaha

This chart is waveform synced and should feel good without any offset adjustments as of the 0.12.8 engine update. If the sync feels consistently off to you, please let me know in the comments and I'll look at it.
