Make it more clear there is a tennis ball behind the pinwheel. That green triangle that displays does help understand reach to activate a part. Behind the scenes, Kevin Ryan (developer) has said the pinwheel has a sensor shape and if that intersects that green triangle sensor shape, even in the slightest, it registers as "blown on". Mess around with pinwheel position.
The pinball bumper is a bit nudge heavy to get the toast to bounce right all the way over to the bellows, hit the hamster motor, and travel that distance without getting stuck. There is a leftover outlet from the yellow laser outlet. Try experimenting with the sideways fan. Just be careful of alternate solutions since there are other wind parts.
