Description
Adds the option to assign your pawns to carry other things besides medicine. You can also manually force colonists to pick up items that that can be carried. The carriable items selection is quite limited; it only offers the vanilla handguns/small melee weapons and all of the special weapons and artifacts. This mod utilizes the new vanilla carrying mechanic, so it should be compatible with every 1.3 mod out there.

So I have the mod [FCP]Stupid Sexy Deathclaws, and both of my deathclaw pawns will carry around a meal. Nothing major, but it would appear they are, at this time, not covered by this mod.

Before I try to insert this mod into my ongoing 1.3 game (which is sometimes dangerous or problematic), could someone explain something for me? I'm looking for a mod to increase the number of meds a pawn will carry (only carrying 3 at most is silly).

Is this the mod I want?

@SinäKpää This is probably miles outside of this mods scope but would it be possible to modify the vanilla carry system to use the same policy and UI system as the drug, food and apparel policy systems?

I honestly don't know why Tynan didn't just set it up that way to begin with, it'd make the feature so much more versatile and useful.

You can use "simple sidearms" mod for that at the moment :)

Would be useful if pawns can carry both range and melee weapons so they can switch whenever hostiles run toward them resulting hand to hand combat. Like animals that get tickled by most vanilla ranged weapons.
