Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight - Siegfeld Academy (Michiru)

Adds the Siegfeld Academy led by Otori Michiru from the Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight as a playable civilization.

Michiru's take on leadership differs from that of Akira (or the others): while both Michiru and Akira benefits from combat in some form and can gain additional experience for fresh units, Akira's focus is great people and culture and benefits from having elite units bred through battle, having little benefit to actual combat asides from the Edels. On the other hand, Michiru focuses on espionage and science: while Michiru is less capable of managing a wide empire through conquest, Michiru has a greater bonus towards actual combat over Akira and can achieve a science lead to compensate for Akira's advantage in culture.

Trait - Knowledge is Power

Receives 1 extra spy. Spies operating on friendly cities grant Science equal to its rank per 4 citizen in the city, while spies in foreign cities generate Great Scientist Points for cities with counterspies when the said civilization discovers a new technology. Melee units near 4 tiles of a spy gains +1 Move and attacks with a weaker ranged attack before attacking.

Unique Unit - Experienced Officer

Replaces the Great General. Experienced Officers grant 15 more experience to units trained in the city it is garrisoned in. In addition, enemy units dying within 4 tiles of a Experienced Officer grants Science.

Unique Building - Predator Arena

Replaces the Colosseum. In addition to the normal effects of the Colosseum, Predator Arenas give a small amount of culture, and makes land units trained in the city gain extra experience and sight during a We Love the King Day.
