This mod allows you to produce reinforced barrel by yourself. Although it's expensive, you don't have to be controlled by others, produce as much as you want.

WorkAmount: 9000 (Time required for one and a half components)
Cost: 150 Steel 2 component
Minimum skills: 7
Market value adjustment: 600→500

@XHU 524 - OFSET 5 Unfortunately, I don't have any programming knowledge, so if you have your own ideas, you can manually modify the cost in the XML file

for some reason, a reinforced barrel only refills 3, instead of 20 fuel!:/

@BBBBilly it was early in the tech tree. smg and bolt rifle. but is ok. randy and losing is fun play mode.
