Bug report. this mod stops you from transporting units to and from Vampire castles. when you unlock the ability.

Very fun mod. I'd prefer if all 4 societies still took governor points to upgrade though so not everyone on the map has the exact same societies. Any chance you could make an option for that or a separate mod?
