Overgrown 4 - repaired

Description
Overgrown 3 is a ready to use survival map its the size of the official Washington map with many locations some being secret. The map has all zombie, vehicle, animal and loot spawns all of these have been carefully placed around the map making it more challenging to find good supplies.

In all underground metros there is high tier loot, however it is pitch black and you will need tactical lights, nightvision, or headlamps to explore.

No NPCs!

Fix list:
- I manage to solve the spawn point under the map.
- I also solved most of the holes.
- But i faild to repair the NPCs

@Mr._Quack I think you misunderstand... even if you use the materials from this map in your own, you would still have to use the devkit to place them, that's how it works unfortunately

To Henry: It's not 100% repaired because i couldn't fix the npc issue. But it can be use as a server map. I used to use this map for my server.

I would like to say, you have unlocked a gold mine.
Many Map Creators would've killed to get Russia Materials combined with snow.
And you my friend, have merely made that process a lot more quicker.
You've gifted many new people an opportunity to finally get a map with these type of materials.
