@TTVSnowyFox Yes actually however that doesn't effect where his place is on the chart that's determined by statistics and statistically 4 legends call F tier home most of the time due to low pick rate, low win rate, & of course play-ability those being (in order Highest to lowest) Rampart, Crypto, Fuze, Wattson. however whether someone is good or not does not factor into the statistics i'm afraid.

@Frenzied Muffin Using Wattson isn't dumb, The tier lists are just based off of data I.e. pick rate/ win rate & what most people consider play-ability/fun to use
