Description
the GTA V Toreador made real in Stormworks!

Top speed of 23 m/s on land and 10.5 m/s underwater

There is a glitch where, if you pump air into an empty fluid tank and fills with air. Connecting this tank to a modular engine it will not consume any of the stored air. Giving this vehicle an unlimited amount of air!

In theory though it should still be able to function without the that glitch giving it a helping hand.

um the toreador flys it does not turn into a sub i think u are getting confused with james bond
