This is a severely damaged small outpatient clinic that once ran blood tests for Fort Hagen.The place was swarmed with flies and bedbugs who took a liking to the blood bags here.

The outside of the hospital is often inhabited by bed bugs and flies. The hospital entrance is full of rubbish. Past the entrance and through the blue door,there is a locked Novice terminal that controls the nearby door.The Sole Survivor opens the door,the entrance is inaccessible due to a fallen bookcase.Just past the terminal, down the hall on the left is a mine of bottle caps.The next room you meet has a large bonfire burning in the center.There are five marauders and a gun turret defending this room.Along the perimeter of this room,there is a gift shop with an advanced locked safe behind the counter.Just beyond the gift shop,through a cracked wall,is a bathroom and a first aid Protectron that can be activated from the nearby unlocked terminal.

According to a holotape made by one of the hospital's nurses,the Mass Bay medical center survived the initial nuclear attack that devastated the Greater Boston area.According to the same holotape, the medical center was later seized by the military and continued to treat patients for some time.
