Теперь, в ваших владениях есть 16 населенных пунктов (Деревни, поселки, города), Сможете ли поднять регион с колен, сделать его населенные пункты удобными и привлекательными для жизни?
Справиться с проблемами нехватки финансов, отсутствия достаточного количества электроэнергии, водоснабжения, быстрого оттока населения?
Реализовать высокоэффективную систему железных дорог, пустить городскую электричку, дать региону славу промышленного и культурного центра ? Или же вы не справитесь ? Воспользуйтесь уже имеющимися ресурсами и превратите 24 Регион в место – где хочется жить!

Coping with the problems of lack of finance, lack of sufficient electricity, water supply, rapid outflow of population?
Implement a highly efficient railway system, launch a city electric train, give the region the glory of an industrial and cultural center? Or will you fail? Take advantage of the resources you already have and turn Region 24 into a place where you want to live!
