Better Arbalest

Description
Tired of leveling arbalest up just for the swine boss fight? Want something that doesn't stray too far from vanilla and keeps things fair and balanced? This mod is for you.

The aim of this mod is to bring the Arbalest on par with other classes since she always felt like a worse pick than almost any other hero in terms of damage dealing capabilities, utility and versatility. I decided to make my own mod since i felt like all other arbalest mods either did too little or too much. Staying close to vanilla and keeping things fair and balanced is my philosophy.

Changelog with explanation:

- Sniper Shot can now hit rank 1. Not being able to hit rank one makes using the arbalest feel clunky at times, especially in some situations where you are trying to leverage a mark, and made picking Blindshot almost mandatory, which is a less than optimal way to hit rank 1. This change is in my opinion completely justified by the fact that houndmaster is superior in every way to arbalest and can hit all 4 ranks with a single move that launches also from rank 2. This change makes arbalest less clunky and frees up a skill slot.

- Blindshot now moves Arbalest back by one. If Sniper Shot can hit rank 1, Blindshot has to have some additional utility. It now allows her to reposition more efficiently. Damage penalty has been removed because there is already a big accuracy penalty plus the target is random.

- Battlefield Bandage now cures bleed and can be used from all ranks. Arbalest can now be brought as a substitute to plague doctor in the cove to deal with the big crab bleed. It may also raise her value as a pick in the final missions. Heals 4-4 and buffs 40% at level 5. Slightly nerfed healing output because curing bleed is a big deal.

- Rallying Flare stress heal is now 100% chance, cures horror and raises torch by 10 at all levels. I wanted this move to have some utility outside of the swine boss.

- Sniper's Mark is now usable from all ranks and hits all ranks. Debuff now lasts 3 rounds. This mark skill is now more consistent with the other ones.

-Bola now applies the same dodge and speed debuff as Bellow. It makes more sense that bolas impair the enemy's ability to move but probably is still useless.

- Suppressing Fire damage modifier is now -50% and crit chance has been raised to match abyssal artillery since the base chance seemed too low to me. This skill is probably not going to see much use in dungeons but might have some potential against certain bosses.

- Damage has been raised by 1 at all levels following the same template of the man at arms. It is a very small increase that should make her more effective all around and require less setup.


Note: cure bleed and cure horror tooltips are weird and look "unprofessional" but i dont know how to deal with that. Feedback appreciated.

To add the the Bolas bit, could make it -75% damage, the debuff, and a chance to stun at 80% base to squeeze out some more utility, possibly make it single target on the front 12 positions.

@cookiemonster i don't feel like sniper shot being able to hit rank 1 makes her too good, if anything it makes her not bad in comparison with other heroes. I too like having different skills for different situations and having sniper shot hit rank 1 allows you more flexibility in the skills you choose. Plus i feel like the difference in usage between skills should be more marked (eg: "i want to use bola because i want to slow this hook pig to kill him before he goes next turn" or "oh sh*t i got surprised let me get back into position with blindfire" and not "ok i'm going to hit this 50% prot enemy with bola for 2 damage because my main damage skill can't hit rank 1 for no good reason").

Btw i'm probably not going to touch the camp skills because those are a bit more complicated to mod and i completed the game on stygian a couple weeks ago so i'm not going to play DD much for some time.

Hi I love most of these changes but just a thought. restring bow having a speed debuff is actually in some cases really useful so that the team members who are going to set her up with a mark can go before her more reliably. also personally I liked that the sniper shot couldn't hit rank one otherwise she's just so good in any situation or it kind of negates the use of having bola or blindshot like besides her being in rank 1-2 why would she ever use those two abilities ever? I like allowing more situations for abilities to be used. loved the change to the snipers mark it's really confusing why the sniper has the worst mark move in the game.
