Crimson Curse Rework

This mod changes the Crimson Curse to be more impactful, making certain stages more problematic whilst buffing others a tad. It also adjusts time frames, making passive and bloodlust last longer.
Lastly, it makes it so the Crimson Curse can be cured from the very get go.
Made this for myself real quick, from what I checked, there isn't another mod that rebalances the Crimson Curse exactly like my mod does so I figure I'll upload it.

Passive:
-5% Stun, Blight, Bleed resist -> -10% Stun, Bleed and -5% Blight Resist
-10% Max HP -> -15% Max HP
+1 Speed -> +3 Speed

Craving:
-15% Stun, Blight, Bleed Resist -> -20% Stun, Bleed and -10% Blight Resist
-10% Max HP -> -20% Max HP
+2 Speed -> +4 Speed

Wasting:
-10% Stun, Blight, Bleed Resist -> -30% Stun, Bleed and -20% Blight Resist
-20% Max HP -> -35% Max HP
Speed Debuff still -4

Bloodlust:
+4 Speed -> +5 Speed
+25% Stun, +15% Blight and -10% Bleed -> +15% Stun, Bleed and +20% Blight Resist

Other then that, I adjusted time frames:
Passive lasts 51 - 75 rounds (changed from 31 - 75)
Blood lust lasts 42 - 60 rounds (changed from 22 - 30)
