think this is bugged. when i make someone build it they stop moving forever and it becomes unbuildable lol

The problem there is he hasn't validated it and if he were to do that he'd have to support it.

if it works fine since its just a retexture like Nick says its just a matter of goint into
\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2499299640\About
open the about.xml and add a line under <li>1.2</li> and change it <li>1.3</li>
