Here's another trick I learned from another guide to further boost stats:
1. Be properly fed, hydrated, and "Well Rested."
2. Consume Food items that temporarily boost SPECIAL's, damage resistance (ballistic, energy, radiation, poison), maximum carry weight, health regeneration, or melee damage.
3. Consume RadAway.
4. Temporary Food buffs are now permanent. Sleep and repeat as desired.
I recommend not getting too carried away with the food buffs unless you like playing with TGM in non-survival games.
