Item Pools & Quality Overhaul

This mod significantly changes the item pools so that nearly every item pool has brand-new items in the pool as well as items which have been cut out from the pool.

This also significantly alters the quality levels of dozens of items which had fairly inaccurate quality levels. This is important for Alt Lost, but also important for Alt Cain, as his recipe costs are largely based on the qualities of the various items
