Time Dilation (throttling pawns tickrate) which was Rocketman's main improvement is now vanilla.

Fish requires prepatcher which didnt have a even half stable update till around 2 weeks ago

For those that are curious I've tested with performance optimizer, analyzer and smart speed and didn't notice a measurable tickrate increase.
That guy seems pretty determined to bring back fishery from the dead however, so we should all bring him some love on his git repo
