Agents 2x more move points

Gives around 2.5 times more move points for agents. Also, all agents (spies, dignitaries and champions) have the same move points. Army is not affected, not even when agents are attached.


Should work with all mods and is savegame compatible.

PS: might affect fps a little in campaign when selecting agents (this is because of the huge yellow highlighted area that the agents can travel)
