The Home Insurance Plaza is located on 59 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038 at the corner of Maiden Lane and Nassau Street.
Completed in 1966, the building stands at 45 floors tall and features around 1,043,670 square feet in office space for rent, making it quite a sizable structure.

@StayHungryStayFoolish: for me there are no spawing points in sub-buildingd, i think your probleme come's from elsewere (if you use "Move it" mod to place the building, you may have disrupt the link with the road)

Since the sub building is a separate structure, but cannot be setup separately, its spawning points are not visible, but they are too far from the road, so hearse will not pick up the dead.

You click on the button "subscribe" and it's automatically available in the game when you start it.

@Livsedan: good idea, they are no many Rugby Stadium in the workshop !
