2/4/12 tpy Diplomacy

Description
The falloff of every diplomatic action is multiplied by 2.
So the other factions will remember much longer what you do. It is especially made to work with a tpy mod.
This mod DO NOT change the tpy of the game, you have to find a tpy mod.


Not compatible with my two other mods : "satrapies/clients states will love/like you"
Compatible with every other mods which doesn't change the diplomacy (99.9% of the mods).

Does it conflict with a mod called Diplomatic Lubricant?
And I am playing a 4tpy campaign but on the picture it says 2, 4 and 12 years, which one is it?
