Hunt's Favour and Tradition [Norsca]

This mod aims to level the wealth playing field between Norsca and other factions during campaign.

AI Norscan tribes are often tiny, insignificant and never make it out of their homeland or threaten the campaign at large. Norscan tribes should be able to field armies at home through a combination of chief rule, chaos influence and living off the land as their ancestors have. Special and Unique units should hold weight and require raiding to maintain; else the god's interests wane as they seek out a stronger tribe.

Favour and Tradition adds:

-20% upkeep for Marauder infantry, missile and cavalry units (within Norsca, a settlement's local region, incremented for every settlement level, applied to ally and enemy armies)

+15% income for all buildings (incremented by every region within Norsca controlled, factionwide)
