Very basic set. Just make sure to farm out some gear and max out your agility. After Dragon lance and Yasha you should be able to pick out some kills in teamfights, but better you had your Manta / Butterfly asap.

In case of bad support, rush Hand of Midas! Makes up for some lost XP and Gold that you've lost as your support just won't hand out you a salve before asking for it 10 times.
