A conversion of Doublecross to a custom Team Deathmatch gamemode!

Major changes include:
- Replaced the dirt pile on the bridge with some stacks of crates and a dumptruck
- Added some barriers to each team's battlements to prevent overpowered Sniper sight lines
- Players can now jump over/onto the small buildings to the side of the main bridge
