Deerfoot Trail /Stoney Trail Interchange Calgary

Description
This is the Deerfoot Trail (AB-2)/Stoney Trail (AB-201) Interchange in Southeast Calgary.

Network Extensions 2 is required!

MoveIt, Fine Road Anarchy, TMPE, and any mod that allows for sloped junctions are all highly recommended!

I realise this asset is a monstrosity, this is a result of trying to build it to scale and of this interchange being a monstrosity in real (anything to save a few bucks). I say trying because CS doesn't like to do a good job of basket-weave ramps... Otherwise I omitted the gate pillars that hold up the largest of the flyovers as I didn't want to add another dependency that I didn't have installed in my Editor version of my mods list. Feel free to add one, it's pretty clear where they should go anyway. Any exit to smaller roads that is integrated as part of the freeway-freeway ramps were included partially as stubs of where they would go. You can either delete them, use them as a guideline for how to make a good access to smaller roads, or go for a realistic SE Calgary build. If you are serious about using this to it's full potential, I also recommend looking at a satellite image to understand what lane movements are restricted and where because there is some dashed/solid lines allowing one way but not the other for a very good reason.

Deerfoot Trail (AB-2) is the main north/south freeway through Calgary and is still the only road that is a continuous freeway throughout the entirety of its distance thought city limits. AB-2 Is a major (mostly) north/south highway that starts at the US border (connecting to US-89 in Montana) and terminates in Grand Prairie in northwestern Alberta. This highway connects Alberta's two largest cities, Calgary and Edmonton, and most of the province's population lives along it. AB-201 is the bypass ring road around Calgary. It is largely named Stoney Trail although part of the new SW portion is named TsuuTina Trail in honour of the people who's land it is built on. This highway is still yet to be fully complete (3-4 years away). Deerfoot Trail in this asset can be identified by the direction of highway that has lots of lanes and a narrow median and Stoney Trail has less lanes and a wider median in this portion.

ENJOY!!!
