My very successful first venture into PZ mapping.

Note: This land was designed for experienced farm operations, and as a result may be a fairly overpowered desirable property in case of being a survival game base a zombie outbreak. Value is projected to increase exponentially in such an event, hence I removed the spawn point the very high starting bid.

This modernized yet isolated family farm has a rather advanced grain silo for its size, a dedicated farm vehicle shed and garage, a large barn, a well, a functional fuel pump with large underground tank for farm equipment, three farm plots, and of course a spacious, one story country home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and another garage integration. We're throwing in the propane barbecue free of charge. Act fast; this is a very hot property! You'll find this prime real estate west of the country club.

Tested and working well in B41 with zombie spawns, foraging zones, and vehicle stalls.
The zombie spawns are mainly to help you get keys; this is a farm in the middle of nowhere, you'd be lucky to find the home owners and some of their farm hands.
