More varied parked traffic for RTD (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS)

Adds more varied parked traffic if you use Cipinho's Real Traffic Density and Ratio mod.

You will still need to edit the car packs as well, see instructions here: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1236032431/3164316851926566034/

You will now also find classic cars and sports cars parked on streets. Motorcycles are not included.

This mod only works if you use RTDR and have modified traffic packs. It has no function otherwise.
