Armello

Description
A recreation of the turn-based RPG Armello.

This is a prototype I made to playtest my version of the game which (once complete) I will print and craft into a physical game (as such it has no scripting aside from generating the map), this is not intended to 'pirate' the actual game, if you find this interesting go buy the original.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/290340/Armello/

Key differences from the original game is some house rule stuff, most notably a 6 player map, allowing this version of the game to support up to 7 players (6 characters and 1 Game Master)

Not sure why the cards look like that, the files I uploaded look better, and were taken by getting screenshots of the cards in the gallery in the game, they were shrunk a bit but not that much.

I tried re-uploading my spritesheets but it didn't look any better, I guess TTS or steam is just compressing the images? If I wanted them to look much better I'd probably have to get a monitor with a higher resolution in order to get higher quality screenshots, or maybe extract the raw art assets from the game

so basically I'm not sure if I will fix, at least the cards are still readable and the art is there

This is awesome. Any chance to get HD scans of the cards?

after some playtesting with the physical version I discovered just how much time is lost to erasing and re-writing stats (especially if you don't have enough erasers for every person) so I've set up a new type of character sheet with numbers and a token for each stat that can be moved.

(the old style is still in if you prefer it, just delete the tokens and flip the sheet over)
