Disney Villainous Custom: Emperor Palpatine

Description
Feel the power of the Dark Side as the Dark Lord of the Sith himself enters the universe of Disney Villainous!

Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious is undoubtedly the core villain of the Star Wars cinematic saga, with his plans for ruling the galaxy being laid out from the beginning of The Phantom Menace to being toppled on his own planet in The Rise of Skywalker. In this custom, you get to carry out all those plans from throughout the franchise, from executing Order 66 to firing The Death Star laser to unleashing your overpowered Star Destroyer on the galaxy.

Each of Palpatine's four locations represents different eras of the Skywalker Saga, and all characters and Items can only be played or moved to certain allowed locations; some will have multiple locations they are allowed to be at. The first location is Coruscant, representing Episodes I-III, where you will Execute Order 66 to topple the Jedi Order and run into Heroes like Mace Windu, Yoda, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The second location is The Death Star, representing Episodes IV-Vi, where you will fire the Death Star laser and encounter Heroes like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Leia Organa. The third location is Starkiller Base, representing Episodes VII-VIII, where your goal is to fire Starkiller Base's weapon and destroy a star system and face off against Heroes like Rey and Finn. Finally, the fourth location is Exegol, where you will unleash your special Star Destroyer against the galaxy. Rey and Finn make a reappearance here, and Kylo Ren can also be a Hero.

In your deck, you will find many Allies with unique Abilities to lay out to face off against the 11 Heroes in your Fate deck. There is sure to be much Vanquishing to be done with this custom as you wield the power of the dark side to be the victor.

May the Force be with you!

Are the commands supposed to be played in the order of the films? Or does the order not matter?
