The one on the left produces 1mw because it uses the worse "new gearboxes"
The one on the right produces 3.35gw because it uses the better "old gearboxes"

Uses a combination of the Clutch and Jet exploits and makes a loop of infinite energy
smaller than a container, yes 8 of the generators on the right can produce more than the 3 gorges dam in real life
