Officer Fix for Matchlock Units

Description
Corrects the officer (from "officer_katana" to "officer_teppo") of the following units:

Hattori Matchlock Ashigaru
Hattori Matchlock Samurai
Ikko-Ikki Matchlock Ashigaru

I read somewhere -- just can't remember what it was, or who wrote it -- that this bug was causing an issue when these units fire their guns. Hence this fix.

No other stats, no other units and no other files are changed by this mod.

hey, I just wanted to report that indeed your mod fixed the problem that the aforementioned units had when it comes to rank fire.

Jomar, since u know the problem, did u try to contact with https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new to request a patch fixing this issue?

So it doesn't change how the officer looks, it's just a technical thing?

Hi there, I've found an issue log that explains the problem in more detail:
https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/55371/a-problem-about-unit-special-ability-ranked-fire

The incorrect officer of Hattori and Ikko-ikki matchlock units breaks their "Fire by Rank" ability. Normally, when this ability is activated, the first three lines will take their turns firing: the first line fires, then the second line fires, then the third line fires, then the cycle repeats. (Sadly, all of this happens very slowly.) But with this issue, after the third line fires... that's it, the cycle is broken.

The person who raised the issue log noted that correcting the officer fixed the situation. I couldn't find any Steam mod that does this, so I decided to publish it myself.

This doesn't appear to work. Officers in the aforementioned units appear to wield a katana and function as before.
