I swear when CA came around to putting the beastmen into the campaign, they said in the board room: "How many infuriating and annoying mechanics can we cram into a single faction?"
Just say that we can RP as Apache attack helicopters :)
Few things I'd add, Waystalkers do have a net ability with increases all ranged damage against that target that's SUPER useful for taking out rush Lords who'd cause trouble, like Tyrion, or any cav going for a frontal charge. They also boost archers in range of them!
Glade Lords are a basic lord, but can work their way to a forest dragon mount and not using a spellweaver Lord lets you grab a wizard for your army. With a Talon of Kurnos trait and Knowledgeable trait both working for you.
Lastly, here's also usually a mission after you complete the first ritual where the Gaean Vale will be attacked by Chaos. This allows you to teleport there via world roots and snag it without full blown elf wars.
