"Curiosity is a car-sized Mars rover designed to explore the Gale crater on Mars as part of NASA's Mars Science Laboratory mission. Curiosity was launched from Cape Canaveral on 26 November 2011 and landed on Aeolis Palus inside Gale crater on Mars on 6 August 2012. The rover's goals include an investigation of the Martian climate and geology, assessment of whether the selected field site inside Gale has ever offered environmental conditions favorable for microbial life (including investigation of the role of water), and planetary habitability studies in preparation for human exploration. In December 2012, Curiosity's two-year mission was extended indefinitely, and on 5 August 2017, NASA celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Curiosity rover landing. How to fly the Sky Crane and drop/release Rover

Left hand control:

W = Up/Ascent
A = Turn Left
D = Turn Right

Right hand control:

Action 8 = Tilt forward
Action 4 = Tilt left
Action 6 = Tilt right
Action 2 = Tilt backwards

Action 3 = Release/drop Mars Rover Curiosity from Sky Crane
(Press W continuously and single press 3 for best Release/Drop). Watch up so the Sky Crane do not crash on the Rover!

How to drive the Mars Curiosity Rover:

W A S D = drive
Space = handbreak

Operate Mast head:

Action 5 = Rotate mast
Action 7 = Tilt head on mast
Laser = L

Operate robotic arm on Rover:
First press Alt
W / S = tilt robotic arm up/down
A / D = turn robotic arm right/left
PageUp / PageDown = raise/lower upper arm
Mouse = steer robotic head
Action 1 (left mouse button) = Drill
Q = Turn on/off robotic head light

Other:
L = Main lights
C = Views (Mast head cam - Robot head cam - Sky window - External view)
U = Unflip Vehicle (Useful if you are starting to lose control of your flight).
