Achieve All Endings
Before the final missions, you can make a save to get the achievement for a different ending.

Ending "Devil" (Bad)
Help Goro Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaki.

You can get this chance regardless of your relationship with the characters. All you have to do is trust Arasaka.
While on the roof, you ask Hanako for help despite Johnny's displeasure.
  • You call Hanako, she says that she is in "imprisonment" with her brother
  • Hanako sends a car for V, driven by Anders
  • While you wait, you can ask Misty to read the Tarot, which opens the last cards in the set. Misty, after learning that V is working with Arasaka, becomes very disappointed in him.

Refuse and return to Earth, where V will die within 6 months

Ending "Star" (Good)
Leave Night City with Aldecaldo.

Mandatory requirement: completely complete the Panam Palmer storyline.
  • You call Panam and she agrees to infiltrate the Arasaka Tower to get to Mikoshi.
  • While you wait, Misty can read the tarot, which will reveal the last cards in the set.
  • Panama is driving to the clan's camp, where a plan for a tunnel under a skyscraper is being discussed.
  • Dakota will agree to contact Alt to help in the tower.
  • Mitch talks about changes in the Basilisk (tank)

  • The next day, you'll explore the construction site before climbing into the Basilisk.

  • Return to Earth in your body and live the rest of your days
  • Let Johnny take the body and stay in cyberspace as part of Alt
If you choose to return as V, then you will leave Night City with the clan - they know someone who can help with an imminent death. As a bonus, if you have a relationship with Judy before the final mission, then she will go with you. (Female character required). If you have a male character, then you are paired with Panam.
If Johnny is allowed to take the body, he will return to Earth to self-destruct again. There will be mini-quests with him. He would eventually leave Night City, too, to start from scratch.

Ending "Temperance" (Bad for V, good for Johnny)
Yield the body to Johnny Silverhand.

Wee decides to give up his body to Silverhand, and he himself will forever remain in cyberspace. Having received a new "carcass", which was created specifically for him, Johnny helps his new friend and lays a monument to all the dead, and then leaves Night City forever. Not the most rosy ending for the protagonist.

Ending "Sun" (Normal)
Become an afterlife legend.

To get this ending, you must have a good relationship with Johnny Silverhand. Ideally completed the story arc with him, including the missions with the rock group Samurai and his requests for the Beast.

By choosing this option, Johnny will take control of V's body and you will end the game for him.
Your actions in this ending:
  • Johnny takes control and you move towards the Beast
  • She agrees to help, forms a plan and finds help.
  • The next step is preparation and planning.
  • After Nyx helps talk to Alt
  • Next, you, Bestia and Wayland go to Arasaka Tower
  • Along the way, Alt destroys the satellite
  • Aircar hits security but you land on one of the floors

  • Then follow Bestia and get into the security rooms
  • Install Alt on the system
  • Next, you need to get to Mikoshi
  • On the way you will meet Adam Smasher

Like the previous ending, in cyberspace you have a choice:
  • Allow Johnny to take the body, while V becomes part of Alt (Temperance)

Choose to return as V.
If you have a romance, you will see your beloved (go) in your house and talk to her. Then go to the Afterlife, chat with the client and go out into outer space. In the final cutscene, you'll see V pull out his gun and fire up the boosters as he heads towards the space resort for a new mission.

Ending "The Other Way" (Worst)
If none of this interests you, then there is an alternative - after all, Vic gave you a gun for a reason. This option of probability is when you choose the path to surprise. Johnny will say that this choice is guarding. If you select it, then B will throw a pill.

This fate is tragic, it is not visible positive afterwords. Everyone you can help will be disappointed in you. In fact, this is the worst reason.

Ending "Secret"
Great relationship with Johnny
This is the positive ending where no one dies, only Johnny or V. It requires you to have a good relationship with Silverhand, so the campaign and side quests need to pick the right choices that Johnny likes.

To get the ending, you need to point the answer to the operation option with Johnny and Bestia (take a pill that will allow him to take control). But don't choose it! Look between Johnny and the gun until Johnny speaks. This can take up to five minutes, but then you will have to get into the Arasaki skyscraper on your own - but no one will die.
Tarot cards
Tarot cards are a type of collectible in Cyberpunk 2077. Tarot cards are automatically marked on your card in the course of history. All of them will be marked on your radar. Go to them and scan for graffiti (use scanner). After scanning Graffiti Tarot you will be rewarded with a Tarot card.

Once you find your first Tarot card, you will automatically receive an additional "Jester from Knight City" task added to your diary (this may take a few minutes). After you find all 20 Tarot cards, talk to Misty, the girl from Victor the Ripper's office. You can track a quest from your journal.

None of these collectibles can be skipped. After the plot, you will return to the point of no return, and you will still be able to find them in free vagrancy. In this guide, they are presented in areas from north to south.

There are 2 options how to get "Turbo Car 911 II (930) Johnny" by killing Grayson or spare him.
Option 1 to spare: during the dialogue, choose to spare Grayson, he will give you an access card to the container, a route will be drawn on the mini map.
Option 2 to kill: during the dialogue, we kill Grayson and select an access card to the container from his corpse, then we go along the route as shown in the screenshots.

After you have killed Grayson, follow the arrow as shown in the screenshot, and climb the stairs to the terminal

I was struggling with Judy Achievement until I realized I only get it if I put my cloths back on after spending the night with her and not leave the house Naked, pfff who does that in RL.

Wow... I completely ignored Rogue's bartender..... because what Bartender has ever made storyline relevance in any game? Closest thing I have seen in Moxxi... but she doesnt LITERALLY help. Guess I will consider the Afterlife bartender valid on my next pt.

I'm stuck on the ncpd and gigs in Watson. I'm level 50, have completed every single main mission, gig and ncpd on the ENTIRE map. am i missing something or is it bugged?
