True Start Location Earth (Updated Again Final)

Description
This is the final version of this map I am making. I added the new civ Portugal, a new continent Antarctica, and other features.

Phoenicia now represents Carthage to make way for the Jerusalem city state.

Meso America and Caribbean continents will now be considered as part of North America. Just as Malaysia will be joined with the Oceanaina continent. (These continental changes were made to help people using the Historical Start mod)

Some slight adjustments made to the starting locations

City Sates with starting location:
- Cahokia
- Taruga
- Armagh
- Venice
- Geneva
- Jeruselam
- Kabul
- Hong Kong
- Singapore
- Buenos Aires
- Fez

Starting location to keep in mind:
- Ottomans start in Turkey's modern capital. (I did this because I do not know how to put down civs in the same location)
- Phoenicia starts in the city of Tunis.
- Gaul starts generally in the south of France at no particular city.
- China starts at there first historical capital Anyang.
- The Maori starts between New Zealand and the Malaysian islands.
- Canada Starts in Toronto.

lol, despite the DLC requirements this legit doesn't accomodate updated or modded civs at all, totally unusable for me

While a very nice map, i feel like the forested area in europe should be like it used to be, meaning more forests. Those only got cut down later -- not at 4000 BC

Does it work late game or does it crash?

@steve I believe the Byzantines start in Constantinople (modern day Istanbul) since the author put the Ottomans in Turkey's modern capital (which is roughly in the center of the Anatolian peninsula). Hope that helps!

This is genius, appreciate that you put Canada on the West Coast further from the US's start, as well as the Carthage modification
