Greek Ideas v2.2.1

Description
The goal of this mod is to make forming Greece more rewarding.

NOTE: If you comment on the thread, please keep it constructive and/or positive. From now on, spiteful/insensitive comments may be deleted.

ANNOUNCEMENT!
I will be taking suggestions for events and decisions that you can take after forming Greece. Unless you already have an idea don't worry about modifiers, the best thing you can do for me is brainstorm and tell me what you would like to see in the next update! Thank you!

With this mod, the prerequisites for forming Greece are as follows:
- You must have 25 prestige or more
- You must have 1 or more stability
- Greek must be the primary culture of your nation
- You must own Epirus, Athens, Achaea, Morea, and Naxos as core provinces
- (You cannot be Turkey or the Papal States, and Byzantium must not exist)
- (No administrative tech level requirement!)

The (abundant) rewards for forming Greece are also as follows:
- You gain the centralization modifier (+10% tax modifier, +1 revolt risk) for 20 years
- Your country changes to Greece
- You gain cores on all historically Greek provinces (except Greek colonies)
- Two random Greek provinces will gain +1 tax base.
- You gain the Greek traditions, ideas, and ambitions
- Orthodox Christianity becomes the state-religion of Greece
- Your nation changes to administrative monarchy**
- You become part of the Western tech group

The Greek country ideas are as follows:
Traditions: +10% Infantry Combat Ability, +100% enemy coring costs
Pantheonistic Society: No religious intolerance penalty, +2 diplomatic reputation
Home of Philosophy: -15% idea costs**
Bureaucratic Restrictions: +10% tax modifier, -10% stability cost modifier
The Mystonai Constitution: +1 legitimacy, +0.5 annual prestige**
Aegean Tradition: +10% galley combat ability, -10% galley construction costs***
Macedonian Nostalgia: -10% coring costs, -10% aggressive expansion penalty***
Economic Reforms: +1 merchants, +10% trade efficiency**
Ambitions: +7.5% discipline***, +25% land forcelimits

Now before anyone says anything, Greece is intentionally overpowered. I am a history major with a love for philosophy, and as such I have a little bit of a, ahem, crush, on anything Greek. I think Greece should be a little overpowered.

Another thing to realize is that in 95% of games Greece will never have an opportunity to form anyways. So it won't be a problem whether or not the ideas are overpowered because they won't exist.

But... if Greece is formed, it will be a force to be reckoned with, as it should be. :)

Many thanks to pac, captain frye, Penguintopia, and others at the Paradox Interactive forums for teaching me about brackets and .mod files (hehe).

This mod should be compatible with any that don't change these four** files:
common/countries/Greece.txt
common/country_colors/00_country_colors.txt**
decisions/MiscCountryFormations.txt
decisions/RestoreByzantineEmpire.txt**

If you like what you see, please rate and subscribe! If there are bugs, then I will try to work them out. If there are suggestions for improvement, I will take them under advisement. Have an excellent day!

Next update will be sometime between August 16th and September 23rd. I'm sorry for the delays.

Nice. I have yet to find a mod on the workshop that adds units for Greece though. That would be very nice.

I went in and verified that this works with EuIV v.1.9.2, but that is all. There may not be another update for some time, as real life threw me a curveball and I do not have much time to myself. I'm sorry, I wish I could do more.
