Description
You can use it to set gravity, complexity, and engine power.
Note: to modify the power of the engine, select the engine you want to modify in construction mode.

I tested the other two settings again, and there was no problem. You can give it a try.

The third setting will not be displayed until it enters the construction mode and the modified engine is selected.
