UPDATE: Kyoshi Island now grants the ability to build Samurai even when not playing as Japan (replacing the free swordsman with encampments suz bonus)!The coding of the Kyoshi Warrior UU is finished but implementing the model is proving tricky, so this is the stopgap measure for now)

My work is now shifting to creating the Water Tribe, Air Nomads, Fire Nation, and Earth Kingdoms as playable civs! Wish me luck!

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the Four Nations lived together in Harmony...along with many other culturally and politically distinct, semi-autonomous states! =D

This mod adds 12 City States from the Avatar: the Last Airbender (ATLA) and Legend of Korra (LoK) Universe. These City States were chosen as locations that exhibited unique cultural and political identities apart from the larger nations, such as how Chin Village exhibited its own justice system, or how Zaofu was essentially an Autonomous city run by the Bei-Fong Family.

Included are:
-Kyoshi Island
-Chin Village
-Foggy Swamp Tribe
-Jet's Freedom Fighters
-The Fire Sages
-Misty Palm's Oasis
-The Mechanist
-The Seedy Merchant's Pier
-Zaofu
-The Sun Warriors
-The Equalists
-The White Lotus

I also plan to create the 4 Nations (Earth Kingdom, Water Tribe, Air Nomads, and Fire Nation), Nations from the Legend of Korra (United Republic, Independent North and South Pole, and Earth Empire), and some Kingdoms from Adventure Time. We'll see how much of that I'm actually able to accomplish, but it'll be a goal.

If anyone has any comments about ability balance, suggestions, bugs, or just love Avatar as much as I do, please leave a comment below!

@godzilla90s3 I think its the indian leader form civ 5. You can probably find it online or in civ 5

Hello everyone. Sorry to ghost you all like this after so long. I want to be honest with you all regarding the status of the 4 Nations: I've simply run out of steam. I have never had any programming experience, so everything that I am doing, I do by trial and error-ing what I see in the code of other mods, the generous support of other modders, and by learning online. I have the Water Tribe, Air Nomads, and Fire Nation finished, but I'm having problems getting the Water Tribe lua to run properly, no art/animation done for any of the nations, and starting/finishing the Earth Kingdom feels like a huge lift right now on top of family obligations, a new job, and ever dwindling down-time.

I'm not saying it would never happen, but in this moment right now, I simply have lost the motivation and dont have the time. Maybe I'll find it again, but I dont want to make any false promises. So for now, that mod is on hold. Sorry yall

Can you put water tribe and air nomads on workshop or release early as beta? Will the units/buildings have custom models/animations? I am loving your other mods as well. I'm looking forward to playing this.
