Tournament featuring 8 nations from the Arabian Gulf featuring:
- group stage (2 groups of 4)
- semi-finals and final

This is held sometimes biannually, sometimes annually in real life but with the additiona of the FIFA Arab Cup, I have put it on a four year cycle.
